Such a gem. My kids were thrilled by the generosity! The people are so nice, they gave candy canes, bacon and eggs! The Christmas tree, so thoughtful. I wish we were staying here through Xmas. The property had lovely flowers and birds. Such a treat to look out the kitchen and see horses! Loved everything!

The décor was stunning, and the breakfast spread with wine felt incredibly thoughtful. The spot is amazing, offering morning views of horses, and the house plus outdoor layout is ideal for families and kids. I loved the fire pit, outdoor seating, board games, Christmas décor, washing machine, dryer, pegs, and even the outdoor play equipment. We didn’t need to leave for lunch or dinner, and there were already small toys for the kids inside. The lemon tree on the premises, along with rosemary and thyme for breakfast, made it absolutely fantastic. The only downside was a few cobwebs outside, but that’s expected with a country‑style home, so I wasn’t bothered.

The location was secluded and quiet, which we appreciated. The place was clean, spacious, and well maintained, so my family loved it and would definitely return. The front patio room lacked toilet facilities. The heating system for the air‑con didn’t work in the outside room on the back patio. The wash basin plug in the toilet was non‑functional. The fridge‑freezer was defrosting, causing water leaks.

The accommodation was spacious and had a country feel, with eggs and fresh bread on arrival and good kitchen amenities. It’s far enough out of town to feel rural but only a short drive into town. The third bed was reported to be uncomfortable/firm. Early‑morning traffic noise from road trains was a nuisance.

The house was beautiful and large with plenty of facilities and a child‑safe garden. The reception was disastrous: no code was given for the key box, and the owner was unreachable. We eventually got a phone number through the neighbors that solved the issue, but it was terrible and very bad. It was also annoying that the owner refused to admit she hadn’t provided a code and was downright unpleasant.
