The caravan was in terrible condition, with black mould everywhere, filthy carpets full of hair and food, doors and drawers that wouldn’t close, curtains hanging off, and patio doors that swung open and closed dangerously; it was 20‑30 years old and not suitable for a dog or a baby, and when I told the owner the only solution offered was a hoover.

The site offered plenty of entertainment and activities, but we were told that because we were in a private caravan we couldn’t book shows in advance and had to just show up and hope to get in.

The staff were rude and the caravan was the worst I’ve ever stayed in; the owner clearly needs training on customer service, so book at your own risk and check Trustpilot for more details.

The caravan had everything we needed, was clean and spacious, but it sat at the far end of the site, and due to poor lighting and weather it was a bit of a trek to reach the main resort.
