The place sits in a superb spot, just a short walk from the station and the high street, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy, came with a fridge and microwave, the shower worked well, the Wi‑Fi was free and reliable, and the price was great. Even though the room was above a pub, the noise was manageable; I couldn’t hear anything from inside the pub, only people outside, and once the pub closed at midnight it got completely quiet at a very reasonable time. I was really pleased with my stay, thank you. The only things I’d suggest are adding a full‑length mirror in the main room for getting ready, and fixing the plug by the bed that was slightly detached from the wall—though it still worked fine.
“Won’t return.”
The pub was friendly, but someone entered the adjoining room in the early hours, talked loudly, and kept us awake.
“But very good. Not complaining”
The place was nice, warm, and clean. The only downside was that towels, tea, and milk were never changed.
The pub‑hotel was friendly and located in a pretty central spot in Gravesend. Unfortunately, we stayed during a heatwave and the lack of air conditioning made it hard to sleep, even with the fan. Still, the hotel was friendly.
“Very basic hotel.”
Check‑in and check‑out were easy. The hotel does not serve breakfast, and the automatic bathroom light is extremely annoying if you need to use the bathroom at night. There was no cleaning during the stay, the room was very basic, and there was only one chair for two people.
