The hotel is central, the room is large, very quiet, the mattresses comfortable, the temperature perfect; the bathroom is spacious and clean with a bidet, yet the cleaning was very lacking, with a lot of dust and various residues under the bed.

The room is gorgeous and luxurious, with everything you could need, and the location is also superb; the breakfast was okay, but we expected more value for the price and the coffee was poor.

Nothing positive. Only one bed had a nightstand and a lamp; the promised parking was two streets away under a construction site; we found a tablet, probably left by a previous guest; the buffet was very bad, no napkins; staff had to be reminded when something needed restocking; the coffee holder had to be lifted by me, standing 1,48 m tall, to empty it before refilling; staff never answered questions satisfactorily; coffee came in paper cups, orange juice in plastic cups; tables were not cleared or wiped; outdoor seating cushions were terribly dirty, etc.

The staff was nice, and the hotel’s location is excellent. We felt that our needs were not properly addressed. One of the rooms had no shower door, and when we asked to change rooms, we had to wait until the next morning, check out, and then check in again to a different room. The new room we were given had no balcony, even though our reservation specifically included a balcony. It was also on a low floor, so we could hear all the noise from the street. On top of that, there was an unbearable, constant noise coming from the bathroom ventilation system
