The staff greeted me warmly, helping with my luggage both when I arrived and when I left, and even offered an espresso and milk for my morning tea after I settled in. The spot is great, surrounded by plenty of local restaurants and shops. The room faced Piazza Navona, but once the window was closed, it was quiet and the air‑conditioner performed well. The mattress, however, felt lumpy, as if it had been used by many heavy guests for a long time.
