Our stay was absolutely amazing! The guesthouse is exceptionally clean, quiet, and calm—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is surrounded by beautiful nature, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being very conveniently located in Bovadzor village, just a short distance from Stepanavan city. “Уютно, атмосферно”

The house we stayed in was clean and had a really cozy, atmospheric interior, and the kitchen was stocked with all the little things you need. The grounds have two houses, a shared BBQ and fire‑pit area, plus some nice lanterns and candles that give the yard a pleasant evening vibe. However, the listing mixed up photos of both houses, which was confusing, and the sauna and panoramic bathtub we were after were actually in the other unit – we only found out on arrival and weren’t offered a switch.
