The place is excellent, yet the breakfast was very limited and the heating didn’t work properly; the air conditioning was faulty, so we ended up feeling cold.

The location is superb – we walked to Sky Costanera, MUT, and the metro station, and there’s a supermarket, pharmacies, and several restaurants right in front of the hotel; the staff are polite and helpful, breakfast quality is good, the room is super comfy with a smart TV and a glass shower box, but the pool was closed for renovation and we weren’t warned beforehand, only told at check‑in, although it seems to have been shut for months.
