The room was clean and well organized. The breakfast area had everything you could need, and the cappuccino frother machine was a neat trick! The owner was very sweet and supplied lactose‑free milk and biscuits because of my intolerance, which was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect for anyone attending a party at Villa Fabiana, which is why we booked the place. I would come back again if I needed it.

A very perfect location for visiting Palermo. For just €2.80 round‑trip by tram you reach the city. Your car is safe at a large department store, and further behind a fence at the sleeping location. The host is super friendly and gives you tips. The room is great and very large. In the morning a perfect breakfast is ready for you. Truly recommended. If desired you can use the lounge beds and jacuzzi. The only downside is that there is nothing else and just book!
