Cozy atmosphere, nice room, good breakfast, close to parking. Breakfast service opened a little late. The parking spaces were insufficient. We had paid for parking for 4 days, but when we returned to the hotel around 19:00 one evening there was no spot. Reception helped us and directed us to a private spot.

“Bra skidåkning, men nattsömn förstörd.”

Near the slopes, great. The receptionist was busy but still friendly. The noise from the 5G master was almost at ear level on the roof. It was unhealthy, so I slept poorly. I won’t book this again.

“Værelset var ok men resten skuffende.”

The room was nice and clean, but the area around the restaurant stayed dirty for several days in a row. Breakfast was good on the first day, yet the rest of the stay was mediocre and clearly reused from the previous day. It was a real disappointment that the hotel was empty on Sunday and Monday, and we couldn’t use the restaurant in the afternoon. The staff were friendly but very young and not very decisive; there was never a hotel manager or anyone with overall responsibility. I won’t choose this hotel again.

“Skulle ej rekommendera.”

We rented two suites for the family. The place was dusty and dirty, with grime in the common areas. The room was dirty upon arrival, and the cleaning and bedding during our stay were below criticism. The porcelain in the room was dirty. The wardrobe didn’t work. The sauna lighting was broken. The TV in the room didn’t work. The toilet paper was thin and hard, probably the kind you find in a prison.
