The staff were kind, professional and helpful, the location is ideal and the balcony view is stunning. Breakfast was very good, with homemade cakes and a nice selection of savory items. The center of Sappada is easily walkable, and across the street you can visit the most beautiful old houses of Sappada. No issues.

Everything was very comfortable, the staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was full and excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the coffee, which was a bit lacking.
