How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The building is very pretty and comfortable, just steps from the Senzuno pine forest and the beach, and very quiet because it faces an internal road. The triple room is huge, well equipped and has a massive shower cubicle. I would suggest giving the large shower cubicle a better mixer and newer, more efficient shower head. A mini fridge in the room would also have been handy.

The location is strategic both from Follonica centre and the beach, both reachable on foot. The sea is reached in 5 minutes by crossing the beautiful pine forest. The property is compact but very quiet, well sound‑proofed from the street with double glazing. The little terrace where you enjoy breakfast in the morning overlooking the pine forest is nice. Great. The breakfast, in my opinion, could have been a bit better… Also, some items were a bit scarce, like the milk. I could have mentioned it… But whoever runs the house after breakfast… if you see the milk container is more than empty, you wonder if it should be refilled. That said, if I ever find myself in the area for another holiday I would not hesitate to return. All in all the experience was very positive. Thanks.

The house’s location is great; in 5 minutes you reach a restaurant, the beach, the pine forest, and the seafront. Perfect for a holiday. The breakfast needs a serious review. It’s monotonous, repetitive, and not very rewarding. Salt is almost non‑existent. The homemade cakes are excellent. The bathroom is too cramped. It’s a bit noisy, with the drains and the plumbing system in general.
