How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Front‑desk staff and breakfast attendants were friendly and helpful, but the room was tiny for the price; I found a filthy washcloth on the floor next to the bed, hair in the shower drain, and a bathroom mirror dirty around the frame; the table was wobbly, so I would not recommend this place.

The location suited our needs and the room was clean, but the Queen room was cramped with little luggage space, the pet fee was higher than most hotels, and the check‑in lady seemed to think pets shouldn’t be allowed in hotels—quite shocking.

The hotel was clean and close to restaurants, though the bed felt a bit hard.

We were surrounded by a lot of people, but the key cards kept shutting off, so we had to get a new one every time we left our unit.

The place was spotless and the bed was super comfy, plus it was right next to my convention venue. I loved strolling along the Fox River Trail and the White River State trail. The downside was that it’s next to a train station, so it was noisy at night, and I realized I didn’t have a fridge in the room, so I always bring my own food.
