The entrance to the car park was very close, yet the walk to the platform felt far away. The room’s air‑conditioning let in the smell of oil fumes from a nearby food shop.

The room was spotless and odor‑free, and they could provide an iron right away when needed; the service was very attentive, with fast check‑in and luggage storage, plus a Chinese‑speaking staff member. It’s just a one‑minute walk from the station and only ten minutes to the bustling Shinjuku area, which is super convenient, and there’s a Lawson and a 7‑Eleven downstairs, so grabbing a midnight snack is never a problem. No negatives to mention.
