The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Great service. The shower doesn’t have a separate wall, so everything gets wet, including the toilet.

I stayed in a cute but small room that lacked a soap holder in the shower and by the sink, yet it was still satisfactory; the location was good, showers were nice, and there was free filtered water and coffee. Nothing really negative.

Good, safe area. Near Moulin Rouge, literally across the street—if you walk a bit farther you’re at La Muraille d’Amour, Rue des Artistes, and Sacré‑Cœur. Everything else is reachable by metro, buses (the stop is right at the hotel exit) or a 10‑15 minute taxi ride. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants around. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. In the lobby there’s a free coffee/tea station and pastries. They provide glass bottles, and you can refill water unlimitedly. The room was clean, housekeeping daily, towels changed every day. It was a bit cramped—literally the bed was pressed against the table, and from the door to the window were exactly four steps—but apparently most Paris hotels are like that. Overall very nice and cozy. Thanks for the sweet card and the sweet gift. Everything was great!

The hotel’s proximity to the Moulin Rouge was great, the breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful and nice.
