Getting to the airport takes about 30 minutes by tram and bus. The host explained everything politely, so the trip was smooth. The town centre is within walking distance, and staying here lets you feel the quieter everyday life of Florence compared to the city centre. There’s no breakfast, but nice bars and supermarkets nearby keep you covered. The host couple were truly kind, showing us good local spots and helping solve any problems we had. The room was on the upper floor, but a small luggage elevator was used to bring it up, which was a big help. Thank you! I’d definitely stay here again when I visit Florence.

“Excellent hosts: Ada and Sergio <3”

The hosts were amazing! Sergio and Ada were super friendly, welcoming, and always quick to answer any questions. Before we arrived, Sergio gave us clear, step‑by‑step directions from the train station, making finding the apartment completely hassle‑free. At check‑in, they even handed us a map with all the main attractions and local tips, which was incredibly helpful for exploring Florence. The room was spotless and cleaned every single day during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is ideal—within easy walking distance of all the major sights, cafés, and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence, and we would love to stay here again on our next trip! The guest house is on the fourth floor without a lift, but Sergio carried the luggage for us. Sergio is number 10.

“Comfy stay with beautiful balcony a short walk from Florence!”

The property was really clean and well equipped for our two‑night stay. Sergio and his wife were lovely hosts, very accommodating and helpful with their tips for Florence as first‑time visitors. Nothing negative.

The place is just a short walk from the historic center, and there are bus connections to the metro nearby. Sergio and Ada were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious with a private bathroom, and everything was great.
