The room was clean and suitable for a family of five. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main sights. There’s a lift, which is handy for luggage. The hosts were very warm and kind, especially toward our daughters. Every morning we were served tasty, home‑style meals. Everything was excellent.

We’ll definitely come back! ❤️🫂 Huge thanks to Tamara and David for our heartfelt stay. They welcomed us like family. We arrived early and, since our room was free, we were checked in right away. They pointed out where to eat delicious khinkali and khachapuri after a long drive. And Tamara’s breakfasts, wow! So tasty and filling. The lift is a real perk – even on the second floor (our room) it’s a pleasure to climb with suitcases instead of walking. The terrace is simply stunning; the view from the roof over Tbilisi is gorgeous, and we spent a lovely evening there. We drove in, and there was a fenced spot right under our windows – super convenient. Our windows faced a lane in Old Tbilisi, and you can reach Samtavro in just 3 minutes on foot. The hotel’s location is ideal: close to main sights, all within walking distance. A quick 10‑minute walk tops to Gorgasalai Square. Our time flew by, but we’ll definitely return to this place. Thanks again, Tamara and David. My friends and I leave with the warmest memories of your Georgian hospitality. 🫂

Breakfast is freshly made and plentiful. There may also be wine and chacha. The rooms are truly exceptionally large, something I haven’t seen in any other hotel in Georgia. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! It was my first time with family. We took a long time choosing a hotel and didn’t make a mistake. We stayed for six days. The location was very good, in a quiet spot near the Avlabari metro. The hosts were wonderful and ready to help with anything. Special thanks to Tamara for the tasty and varied breakfasts.
