I spent two nights here and it was a genuinely good experience. The staff, especially Ali, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself is simple but modern, clean, and well maintained, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I also loved the food, which was consistently very good. What really set it apart was the warm hospitality from everyone on the team, with Ali in particular making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kendwa and would happily return.

“Exceptionnel”

We stayed two nights at Kendwa Cool and Calm during the Full Moon, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel is ideally located just two steps from Kendwa Rocks, allowing us to enjoy the evening while still finding calm for sleep. Huge thanks to Ali for his exceptional welcome. His kindness, friendliness, and incredible ability to make us feel comfortable right from our arrival made all the difference. We immediately felt at home because of him. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, well‑situated place with warm, human service, I recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thanks again to Ali for making our stay even more enjoyable!

“below criticism”

The cook and maid do a perfect job. The two hotel managers, however, say inappropriate things behind people’s backs in their own language because they think tourists won’t understand what they’re saying.

“nettes, gut gelegenes Hotel mit Generator”

The value for money is good, the water pressure is strong, and air conditioning is included. The cleaning lady wouldn’t clean my room until we had to go to the manager, and when I got home I was diagnosed with scabies; I think I caught it there 99%.
