“Comfortable stay”

The location and view are great, the room is cozy and clean. However, there is no kitchen access, no fridge in the room, although a cooler with ice was provided.

“Simply the best place we could have picked for our anniversary”

Everything was perfect: the location, the view over the front beach, the traditional house with beautifully decorated rooms, the comfortable beds, the superb window views, and the sound of waves while sleeping added a relaxing touch. Tim was a kind, knowledgeable host and a long‑time Rockport local who shared a lot of information about places to go and eat right from the start, which I greatly appreciated. Nothing to complain about.

“The location across from front beach and the view of the water can’t be beat.”

The view from my window was spectacular, and the downstairs living room fireplace was warm and inviting. Everything was lovely.
