The location in the village was great, and the rooms were spacious enough. It was noisy, but that was mainly because of the guests present. Booking said breakfast might be available, yet it apparently wasn’t coordinated with the owner.

I really liked the little town of Hinterglemm, which is a gem, and the hotel’s position next to a beautiful park. The staff, especially Constantin, were very helpful. The Joker card included is a big plus. The surrounding vegetation was untidy, there were plastic chairs in the room, and there was a sense of lack of privacy because of the curtains, especially in the toilet.

Close to the city centre, spotless, welcoming staff, and a kitchen—everything was perfect.
The price‑quality ratio was superb, and the hotel sits in a fantastic spot, close to the lifts, a playground, and a bus stop. The room was large enough, the kitchen well equipped, and the balcony seating pleasant. The accommodation was clean and the facilities were in order. The JOKER card included in the price was absolutely fantastic. Parking cost 20 euros per day, which was quite expensive, but it still paid off.

The location was great and the receptionist was very friendly. The joker card included in the rate was a big bonus, giving access to the cable cars and many other activities. The kitchen and little balcony were convenient. However, the cleaning could be better. For a 7‑kilogram dog we paid €25 per night and received no towel, pillow, or anything else—neither a bowl. It felt like a theft. On top of that, the sauna was closed.
