Everything was great, the view was spectacular, and the staff’s environmental care as an eco‑friendly hotel and their promotion of local artisans was impressive. The only downside was that the bath towels were not thick enough and there were no medium‑size hair towels.

The scenery and surroundings are as beautiful as the name suggests. The staff are friendly and the fires are very attractive; I would have liked a walking trail. I could have enjoyed the view from the room window more if not for a tree that should be trimmed, and heating should be considered because the fireplace is very pretty but smokes; the wood is very green. The outlet for the lamp is misplaced and it’s always useful to have a chair. I didn’t see any ramps for people with mobility difficulties.
