“Easy and comfortable.”
Check‑in was very easy and the room was comfortable with good facilities. There was no pot for the toast, but we enjoyed the other food that was provided.

The room was spotless, the common area was great, the location was unbeatable, and the owner was a genuinely nice guy.

The place was clean and offered good value, with solid showers and overall tidiness, and they even supplied fans to handle the heat. The downside was that the property is self‑service and when my room was ready they forgot to leave me a key; because the door can’t lock without a key from either side, I couldn’t leave my stuff and the room stayed unlocked at night. James had asked about my arrival time, but I couldn’t reach him for an hour when I realized there was no key; by the time he returned, I was already out with everything, though he quickly came by to get me a key. I’m leaving this negative review because I’m unsure what would have happened if I arrived at a less convenient time, so I won’t stay here again.

Excellent facilities which were exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. The choice for breakfast was incredible and we enjoyed the communal area where we met other guests. As the room was quite compact it was very warm even with the fan. However the weather was very hot

The area is very quiet yet only a short walk to Dalston Junction; check‑in was efficient and straightforward. The room was well presented and clean with a tiny outside space, and the upstairs lounge and self‑serve breakfast kitchen were handy. Dogs are welcome for a £5 fee. The sound‑proofing isn’t great, but the neighbours were quiet.
