The hotel was conveniently close to the train station and the tram that goes to the airport and the bed was comfortable, but our room looked very dated, the cleaning was poor – there was brown hair on the shower wall and the sheet was stained with blood when I opened the bed, although the staff fixed the sheet quickly, it felt more like a three‑star place than four, and the breakfast ran until 10:30 am yet items like the cold cuts were never replenished.

The hotel is close to the city center and the staff were courteous.

The location is good, but a water leak in the room forced the hotel to keep us in the same room for a full 24 hours at full price, which I found appalling.

The staff were friendly and the location was great. The only downside was that the small extra room was a bit cramped.
