This hotel's got a great spot, just a minute's walk from Puri's Sea Beach, but you wouldn't know it from the room. The staff are really friendly and helpful, from reception to room service. That said, parking can be a nightmare, especially on busy days when the narrow road outside gets congested and the on-site lot fills up. And to be honest, the price feels a bit steep.

Honestly, this place is a total mess - my reservation got cancelled without warning, and it seems they don't want you to book here in the first place. The way they operate is pretty bad, and I'd advise against staying here.

The hotel's clean, the staff are nice, and the room's okay, but the food options are pretty limited. Overall, it's an alright place, but could use some improvement in the dining department.

I was really disappointed with my stay - it felt like a total rip-off for the price. The room was cramped, and basically, all I got was a bed. No drinking water, no washroom kit, no bath towel, and the bedsheet was dirty.
