The environment was tidy and comfortable, though the air conditioning could have been cooler. Communication with management was very poor.

Only one staff member was on hand, the cleaner, and she was extremely helpful—always ready to assist, moved me to another room when the TV in the first one failed, called a taxi for me at checkout, and was generally very supportive. However, I waited an hour with no one to attend to me, which was frustrating for a non‑Korean speaker.
