The room given to us had a lot of dirty flies. In the hundreds. I had to kill 100s in the toilet to be able to use. Very unpleasant!!!!. Dirty. Many flies come out of drainage. Very unpleasant!!!!

The room was small but clean, yet the customer service was poor.

Just a 1‑minute walk to Xavier and close to fast‑food spots—easy to get around.

The staff were friendly and the room was tidy and pleasant.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was nice, that's where the positives ended. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience overall. The hotel seemed to lack a sense of customer service, and I didn't feel particularly welcome during my stay.
