“i would score 4 out of 10 over all.”
It was in the heart of Manila, very multicultural, especially with a lot of Chinese in the area, but there weren’t many freebies and the facilities were incomplete.

The area is close to many places, easy to travel and navigate, but the room needs improvement: the toilet paper holder was broken, the towel rack was broken, the shower wasn’t fixed or was too hot, the bedsheet had a slight stain, some outlets didn’t work, and the air‑con was extremely noisy.

The location was good, and there were no complaints.

The staff were friendly and spoke English, the hotel’s prime position for shopping and restaurants was great, and there was nothing at all to complain about.

The hotel sits close to the Binondo foodcrawl area, and they changed my reservation date for free, plus handed us complimentary tickets to the Chinatown Museum—thanks, guys!
