I was told by the manager or owner to cancel my booking and pay a higher rate than the one I had reserved through OYO, which felt very unprofessional; they claimed they could deny me entry because the property belongs to them. The photos posted online appear to be fake, and the rooms are extremely small. I didn’t check in because of their abrupt conduct, and it seems they’re worried about the OYO commission if I stay.
