“Great location, poor service”

The front desk staff were friendly and the place is well‑located, and my room stayed clean. The restaurant staff couldn’t keep up with the dinner crowd; several tables waited 30 minutes with no service, and when we asked for orders we were repeatedly told to wait a few moments. After 45 minutes with no service, I left without eating. The bed in the room had a huge dip in the middle and a terrible foam mattress.
