A decent budget hotel with a first‑line sea view. The staff were friendly but not pushy, and the owner, Karina, was simply brilliant! The restaurant offered a beautiful sea view.

We’re not new to staying at Kolya, and we know the pros and cons, yet the warm welcome more than makes up for any inconveniences. The staff were amused and responded instantly to our requests—plus the sea is right nearby!

Our holiday was ruined. We booked a cottage a month in advance, expecting a comfortable stay with a breast‑fed baby. Two days before arrival, staff called us twice to confirm our arrival, so it was a shock when we found our cottage already occupied. They offered us upper‑floor rooms, which were hard to reach with a stroller. While we tried to sort it out, the parents went to eat because we arrived hungry. The menu was only available via QR code, but the internet on site barely worked, so the staff tried to explain the menu verbally. We ordered Caesar salad hoping to get it quickly, but waited 40 minutes and, never receiving it, had to leave and find another place to eat. The temporary room seemed clean at first, but when the baby dropped a pacifier on the floor, we found spiderwebs in the corners, apparently not cleaned in ages. The administrators showed total indifference and no willingness to help. Only the senior staff tried to fix the situation, apologized, and offered first‑line rooms, but getting there with a stroller was still inconvenient due to many steps, and by then the mood and overall impression were ruined. We’ve never experienced such disappointment with service. It’s especially frustrating when you plan a calm vacation with a small child and face complete disorganization and staff apathy. We cannot recommend this place.

Close to the beach. Good restaurant. Nobody greeted us. The room was awful. They couldn’t find a normal room for me, so I had to cancel my stay at this hotel.

The hotel hadn’t been renovated in ages; they offered me a room on the 4th floor that smelled of sewage. They moved me to the 3rd floor, where the bathroom outlet was broken, there were spiderwebs everywhere, it was cold, and the hotel isn’t on the sea shore—you have to walk down a long way to reach it.
