The grounds are beautiful and well‑maintained, and the pools are lovely. The property itself has a lot of potential, and the outdoor areas are definitely the highlight. Unfortunately, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were very disappointing. Housekeeping came only every few days, and the area between our room and our children’s room stayed visibly dirty. The room felt very bare: there was a coffee machine but no cups, no bottle of water, and the phone was disconnected so we couldn’t call reception. We booked two rooms for a family of five, clearly specifying the number of adults and children in each room, yet both rooms received only one king‑size bed. When we tried to resolve this, the front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Every time we returned, we had to explain the situation all over again, with no apparent communication or follow‑up between staff members. We also paid extra for the breakfast buffet on our first morning, and it was extremely disappointing: very limited selection, no fresh vegetables, and yogurt that was practically inedible. Worst of all, when we opened a salt shaker because no salt would come out, we found it filthy and rusty inside, with damp salt stuck to it. We have photos of this, as well as of the dirty area outside our rooms. Finally, although the pools are lovely, there is nowhere at the large adult pool to buy a drink or even a small snack, which is surprising for a resort.
