The experience was absolutely lovely: the room was clean and luxurious, service was excellent, the restaurant food delicious, and breakfast good; every staff interaction was extremely friendly and kind, English communication was easy with most, and when someone struggled they quickly found a colleague who could translate—showing how helpful the team is. The receptionist at check‑in was especially impressive, with near‑fluent English, going above and beyond to answer my many questions and even helping me find lesser‑known trails. The only downside was that it was about a 20‑minute drive from the city center, mildly inconvenient but not terrible.
