Great location, easy to walk around Flores with a cute little rooftop plunge pool if you want to relax on a hot day. Hot water could have been hotter

I had booked for 2 nights. On the first night I got a room on the 1st floor which was a disaster (sewage smell, blocked window, wall‑mounted board almost falling off the wall, hair dryer defect—thus no one checking the rooms). I then asked to be transferred to another room and that one was pretty decent. Clean, no foul smells, great overview. No coffee machine or kettle in the room.

Rooftop terrace, good location, helpful staff. Sewage smell coming from the bathroom of my room on the 1st floor, the view out of the window is blocked by a stairway right in front of it, no coffee maker or kettle in the room, hair dryer not working.
