Nothing. Cheap, but it doesn’t even work for an hour’s stay. A complete hole. The second evening was outright denied and the hotel was changed. Broken and non‑working shower, non‑functional sink, no water from the sink. The bathroom looked like a filthy city toilet. No toilet paper.
“Amazing find, should be rated much higher for Medan”
I’m surprised by the low rating here; it has a 4.8 on Google with many reviews, which is how I first discovered it (I didn’t even look at it because of the low score here). The guest house is excellent, the best place we stayed in Medan. Hot shower, clean bathroom, soap in the shower, nice towels, good A/C, and a very comfortable bed and pillows with clean sheets. Free bottled water. The location is good, quiet, and pleasant. We stayed again at the end of our trip. Nothing else, maybe just add toilet paper to the room.
Everything we liked was close to the dining spots.
“Per dormire una notte senza pretese va benissimo ma non ha alcun tipo di servizio”
Good location. No services.
