The property was gorgeous and the room felt nice; the common area and honor bar were very pleasant. The host was very accommodating, though a touch more professional presentation would have helped.

The inn was very clean, very quiet, and the staff was quite accommodating. Breakfast in bed was hot, delicious, and arrived right on time, and every remote worked—including the one for the fireplace. It exceeded my expectations and I’ll definitely book at Otter Creek Inn again. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast reservation site; it appears to show Universal time, so you have to subtract 6 hours to get Central time, which I had to figure out with chat gpt. Still, I texted the Otter Creek staff late and they took my order, so that made up for it.
