“Overall was okay, but not worth the price”

The rooms were spacious and suitable for two people, and the cleaning staff and reception staff were all wonderfully nice. The hotel was close to supermarkets. On the second night, my friend spotted a mouse in the room around midnight. We went to reception, and their reply was “it happens and they are doing their best.” We were upset and tired, and they offered us a different room in less than 10 minutes. When we followed up at reception, they only said we should have been given more time and offered nothing else.

I enjoy staying at Freepoin Hotel. At first, there was an issue with the interior lock for security, but they responded quickly and I was moved to another room.

“Very disappointed”

The spot is convenient, but the room had a makeshift pipe and a drape closet instead of a proper one, a very small bathroom, the TV cut out every 5 minutes, the toilet kept running, no decaf coffee in the room or at breakfast and the staff were rude when I asked for it, trash was left in all the bins, the carpet in the common areas was filthy, and on the last day all the milk and creams at the breakfast station were spoiled. The place really needs serious attention and most staff are rude and clueless about hospitality.
