Everything was very good. I had an issue with my room, but the staff handled it quickly and with great care. The breakfast was also top quality, even for vegetarians.

A warm welcome and helpful suggestions on where to eat in the city center, with staff that really focus on service. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day, and parking next to the hotel is reasonably priced. The beds and shower area are excellent, and the décor pays close attention to Odense’s main attraction, H.C. Andersen. The breakfast is good, and stepping out of the hotel you immediately enter the historic centre, following the marked footpaths that lead past various Andersen fairy‑tale figures.

The location was ideal for walking to the train station and downtown, check‑in was very fast, and the breakfast had great variety and was very efficient, but the bathroom drains gave off a mild odor that made the whole room smell, so I had to keep the bathroom door closed.

Good breakfast and service, but the pillows were very high and the room was quite warm; there was a lot of traffic noise from the main road that made it difficult to keep the window open at night.

The staff were very friendly and the location is good. The rooftop was nice. However, it was quite noisy; you can hear the alarm from the adjacent room.
