A beautiful property surrounded by greenery, with courteous and professional staff; the breakfast selection was good. Unfortunately, the pool was unusable because of a storm the days before, and some parts of the premises feel under‑utilised.

The breakfast was good, but there were no hangers in the wardrobe for shirts.

The property is charming with a breathtaking view of the Umbrian hills, staff are always friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and fully equipped, and the restaurant serves excellent local dishes made with care and quality ingredients. Every little detail of the stay reflects professionalism! Another highlight: there are beautiful wolves in the enclosure near the parking lot. The only downside was the departure process.
