“Kľudná noc”
Everything was fine, though it was my first time so a little nervous; I stayed on the 4th floor and could see the whole BEUS and the new trios in town. I have no complaints.

The location was superb, the place was very clean, the room was large, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect spot for the Uprising Festival, and I’ll definitely be back next year.

The room was spacious, but the hotel is marked as a “motel” on the road, and the sign Kotva is only from the parking lot, so I don’t think it qualifies as hotel accommodation. There was no light near the bed, the TV was unplugged from a socket under the table that was hard to reach, the shower floor in the bathroom was slippery (water left a puddle that slipped), and street noise was audible. The reception was basically a bar counter. I was surprised by the ban on visitors in the room, and they couldn’t even bring my bag to the room even though I had a back operation and can’t lift. On the hallway before the rooms, clean and dirty towels were thrown on a table, which didn’t look hygienic.

The staff were courteous, but there was no air conditioning.

The accommodation was fine, but the TV was lacking.
