“Disappointed to be honest paid to be on beach”

I arrived to find the hotel closed; they handed me a one‑star room instead of the deluxe bungalow with a sea view I’d paid for in February, and the only alternative was a bungalow ten minutes from the beach. I can’t really comment on the stay because I never got to use the room, but I’d advise doing more research first.

The value for money is excellent and the location is great. There’s no breakfast, but a nearby restaurant offers a breakfast option. The bungalows lack enough power outlets for the modern traveler with multiple devices to charge, otherwise it’s very pleasant.

Emplacement idéale à deux pas de la plage , le personnel es super et c'est très propre. La literie es pas très top . les chambres ou la climatisation es sur le côté plutôt que en face du lit es bien mieux

The staff are outstanding and meticulous with housekeeping, the location is ideal, and we stayed several nights because the price‑quality ratio is spot on. After trying several rooms, it’s best to choose one where the AC is on the side of the bed instead of in front; you’ll also find a kettle, a fridge, and a small hammock on the terrace to relax in a quiet evening, so I’ll come back.

Staying at Lanta L.D. Beach Bungalows in Koh Lanta was gorgeous; the bungalows are super cute and colorful, right on the beach, giving the whole spot a relaxed, charming feel. The location is spot on—close to lots of restaurants and shops, so you can explore without traveling far. I spent a couple of nights here and really enjoyed the vibe. It’s a simple but lovely place to stay if you want something laid‑back and full of character by the sea.
