Hanan Hotel Tagaytay - Formerly Tagaytay Wingate Manor

“Staff are very nice and accomodating”

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's affordability and its convenient location, which made it easy for me to get around. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited dining options available, which didn't quite meet my expectations.

“Hotel away from crowded city center with ample parking space”

My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, thanks to its peaceful location away from the city center, ample parking space, and a delicious breakfast spread. However, I was a bit frustrated with the broken shower valve in my room, which made my morning routine a bit more challenging.

Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel's room service was a letdown. We waited for almost an hour for our breakfast to be delivered, and to make matters worse, the staff failed to follow up on their promise to bring us coffee, which left us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

“The staff were great but the property needs refurbishing because apart from the location, the hotel’s current state is n”

The hotel's location was one of its highlights, being just a short distance from several restaurants. However, I was disappointed with the hotel's overall condition, which seemed to be in need of refurbishment, and the price seemed a bit too steep for the quality of service and amenities provided. To make matters worse, I encountered a significant issue with bugs in my room at night, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

“Aangenaam”

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. However, I did find the hotel to be a bit dated, which detracted from my overall experience.
