The room was filthy, with stains on the carpet, cobwebs on light fixtures and walls, and spiders. The windows were dirty, probably never cleaned outside. The coffee table had stains. The patio area was overgrown with briars and weeds, and the base of the patio doors next to the carpet was extremely dirty. The external windows had flaking paint and were partly bare. The bathroom floor was dirty around the toilet, and the carpet in the hallway leading to the room had a strong musty odor.

The location was fine, but the room was filthy, smelled musky and damp, had cobwebs, a torn and dusty sofa, dirty carpet, dirty windows, stained walls, a broken shower head with poor water pressure, and terrible wifi.
