The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money. The staff and host were very hospitable and always ready to help. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order each morning, and the location was convenient for exploring Shillong. We stayed for 4 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The approach road is narrow and one‑way, making it hard for larger vehicles to get in. The room only had a table fan and no ceiling fan, which can be inconvenient on hot days. The lighting inside the room was a bit dim, and the breakfast menu had limited variety, mainly poori, poha, and bread omelette.

The employee on duty was polite, helpful, and kind. We arrived in Shillong at 11 am, but since our check‑in was at 2 PM we had to keep busy with other work. We drove in and called the number on the website multiple times to ask about parking, but got no answer until after 4 PM, when the call was finally answered. We later learned the manager had the phone with her the whole time, and she really tortured us by not answering our calls.
