The décor is very well kept, and the rooftop pool was a big surprise, giving a touch of luxury and very friendly staff. It felt personal, not like a huge hotel. However, room keys often didn’t work, and the room numbers were written on the cards, which isn’t reliable or safe. Some things in the room didn’t function properly, like the shower and screens. The buffet could use more variety, and the house rules should be communicated more clearly and enforced.

The staff were extremely welcoming, available, very clean, practical, and comfortable. The private terrace and pool overlooking our room were a highlight. Nothing to add.

Five‑star rating! I’m extremely happy with my stay at this hotel; everything was simply perfect. Special thanks to the reception ladies, Wendy and Alisa, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making our visit even more enjoyable. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
