The spot is great, within walking distance to Ubud centre, and a cute puppy welcomed us, which was a nice surprise! The bathroom had a noticeable sewage smell, especially at night, and its door didn’t close properly, making us feel a little uneasy before bed. Outside there was some noise, so we had to use earplugs to sleep.

The family accommodation is near the centre but on a quiet street, away from Ubud’s noise, offering excellent value. Unexpected touches included two daily water bottles, daily room cleaning, a hair dryer, Wi‑Fi, and a spacious, clean pool surrounded by greenery. The mattress felt a bit thin, and breakfast wasn’t provided (though Booking listed a €3 option).

The location is good, the pool is nice, and the room was clean. Occasionally the bathroom had a sewage odor.

The stay during Nyepi with family was memorable. The staff were friendly and provided maximum service. I hope this place becomes more popular and remains a recommended choice thanks to its strategic location. Cars can park in nearby public lots, which is helpful.

The pool and garden are wonderful, and my room was at the back of the house in a quieter part of the street, making the stay very peaceful. The bathroom could use better lighting, and there were no reading lights by the bed.
