The location was good and the breakfast was fine. Some access stairs made it difficult for those with luggage.

The cleanliness was top‑class, the location excellent in a quiet area with plenty of nearby restaurants that were much cheaper than downtown, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was superb. No complaints.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was amazing in an old, beautiful hotel. The rooms stayed clean, but stairs at the entrance made it hard to carry luggage, and during peak breakfast hours you might have to queue for a table, though the staff remained polite and courteous.

The staff were super kind and attentive at all times, the rooms comfortable, the location very good, and the buffet breakfast tasty – everything was fine! The only issue was that the dining area is a bit small and spots fill up quickly, so sometimes you have to wait just a few minutes, nothing serious. Note that the entrance has stairs to reach reception, after which elevators take you to the rooms.
