The location is close to the station, the facilities are new, there’s a nice bakery on the ground floor, and the staff are kind, but we had hot‑water problems in the evenings for two consecutive nights; the issue was fixed the next morning and the staff apologized sincerely.

The room is well designed and comes with a projector and a coffee machine, yet the sound‑proofing is awful – I can hear every phone vibration next door and YouTube videos.

Расположение очень удобно, если вам надо утром на поезд до Батуми . Но завтрак с 9.00 , а поезд в 8.05 , по моей просьбе мне доставили в номер несколько вкусных круассанов , за что отдельное спасибо. Завтрак сделать с 7.30. Устранить запах из окна

The Bellhop is a chic boutique spot full of tiny touches that made our Tbilisi visit unforgettable. Eko and Elli delivered stellar service, and the area is packed with vintage shops and a bakery downstairs. We’ll definitely come back. Just remember there’s a bar below, so weekends can get noisy, but it didn’t bother us.

The staff greeted us with smiles, the bed was super comfy, the room had plenty of gear, and there’s a craft bakery right next door. The only downside was a bit of street noise on Saturday after the bar closed.
