Breakfast was good, the staff were wonderful, and the internet service was exceptional; cleanliness was up to the mark. Intermittent power cuts were a bit frustrating, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The hotel was quiet and not too busy at that time; the room, bed, and duvet were comfortable, giving me very good sleep. Breakfast food was delicious and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel sits conveniently within walking distance of a commercial street full of businesses and restaurants, and a short taxi ride to the Monkey Temple takes about 15 minutes. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Grand Hotel and would gladly return.

This hotel is wonderful…the staff treated me splendidly, I felt like part of the family, right at home…the food was delicious and the place spotless…I would return without a second thought, loving this place!
