“Paradise Swingers, quieter alternative to Venus Star 🌟”

Having stayed many times at the sister Venus Star swingers hotel, I wanted a quieter spot that wasn’t as packed as Venus Star, especially when day guests flood the place. Paradise is a lot more relaxed, with just 14 apartments in a small complex. The restaurant food is lovely and not too pricey. The music is generally more laid‑back and not as loud as Venus Star, which was the main reason I chose it, although a break from the constant same‑sounding Spanish tracks would have been nice. I was unaware of the hotel “takeover” on my last full day when booking. It’s closer to town, so you save 50 % on taxi fares. The hotel and rooms were cleaned daily, so I couldn’t fault them on that front. I’ll definitely return, provided it doesn’t turn into a mini Venus Star all the time.

I liked the booking process and enjoyed the first 5 min of their hospitality. When we arrived, we were told we couldn’t stay because we’re not a hetero biological couple. That would have been fine if it was stated anywhere. This is the property’s condition, but it was never translated into the reservation we made. Imagine being denied accommodation at 9 pm right after arriving – a big shock to the system, I didn’t like it at all. I know it isn’t the resort’s fault, but somewhere along the line we got lost in translation and became victims of bad communication between resort and…

“Very relaxing really place ane great staff”

The place was clean and tidy, very relaxing, and the rooms were cleaned every day by Pino. Nothing to dislike.

“Bellissime vacanze”

The room was small but very cute, the staff girls were very friendly and helpful, the chef was good and prepared an excellent breakfast sprinkled with flowers, and the cleaning was really well done (by a kind and super skilled lady whose name I don’t remember, unfortunately…). The external parking is convenient and located on a central street in Maspalomas (but the resort is very quiet). Only for one week, when the cleaning lady changed… With this lady, I think her name is Manuela… She didn’t clean anything, left everything dirty, never washed the floor, I always saw her on the phone or she disappeared somewhere, the rooms were cleaned (so to speak… in 5 minutes). The exact opposite of the other cleaning lady who was brilliant.
