The staff were friendly and the location was good. The beer at the rooftop bar was OK and reasonably priced. When we arrived, we were given a horrible room—dirty, dark, and far from what the pictures promised. We asked to change rooms, and the staff eventually gave us a new one after some debate about the hotel being full. The new room was better, but: the room was still dirty, with other people’s hair and pubic hair everywhere; the toilet broke three times during our four‑night stay; there was broken glass under the bed left from previous guests, which we discovered when it got stuck under our feet—though they cleaned it up, it wasn’t complete, and we sustained multiple cuts; and the water pressure was nonexistent in both the shower and the bathroom tap.
