How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rooms were clean and comfy, though sometimes you could hear the building’s machinery. We had soup in the evening and it was really good. When we checked out early we asked for a packed breakfast – we’d love fruit and pastries, but only fruit was offered.

The rooms were nice, all the usual amenities, and spotless. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel’s spot in Timphu is great. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options, but what was there was still decent.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean. The gym was out of service because of construction.

The room was clean and spacious, but the service was poor. Breakfast was almost a spread, just a few options. It’s in a central spot, but right behind a vegetable market and the area around isn’t great. Internet is terrible, and the promised sauna, spa, and wellness center aren’t there. Not worth the price.
